Since few days I use DSL-EasyBox 602 which was installed by Modem-installationscode. It's probably the reason that some options are blocked (I don't know why... )
Do you know how to unblocked?
I need at least one option where I could use VoIP, it's mean: Sprache - Erweiterte Einstellungen.

The only solution is to configure the box WITHOUT modemcode.
The settings you need for this you will get from Arcor only in case you use a Classic-Anschluss (non NGN).

I use "All Inc. Packet" (DSL*+Telefon Flatrate), so is it possible restore factory default setting and make installation manually base on the information which I have in my easybox now? Have somebody any experience?

No chance for getting the needed data for a manually configuration of the Easy Box!

You need to upgrade to "All inclusive Comfort Classic" for 34 EUR monthly.
So you will get ISDN technology with 3-10 MSN (please book ALL 10 possible numbers at the beginning, it's for free, but only at the moment of booking) instead of 1 MSN with NGN technology you have at the moment. The DSL will remain the same.

You need also to change your 60x box into the new 802 box.

Sorry, but this isn't correct.
I think you can readout the datas you need.
You need following datas
InternetBenutzername: akXXXXXXXXX
InternetPasswort: XXXXXXXXX
Sprachbenutzername: this must be your phonenumber like 0301234567
Sprachpasswort: XXXXXXXX
This is all you need, when you find this data on the box. You can configure it manually. I can read this data out on my Fritzbox, if this will posible on the Easybox, i don`t know. Sorry

You need also to change your 60x box into the new 802 box.

Why change the box? For ISDN? Not really you can use ISDN on the Easybox with analog Telephones.

The needed Sprachpassword you will get only in case you have an Comfort account (better classic comfort).
The data in the Easy Box are encrypted - so no chance to read out.

Okay i have searched the Internet and you are right.
On the Easybox 602 you can't read out the data's.
But i found some instructions that you can read out the data's on an older Easybox. (Easybox 400/600/800)

I know it's in german but this is only possible way to find out the password you need.

I've tried 2 days without success use WinHex for decoding *.bin files with my EasyBox configuration .
The information there still aren't in clear text. Is sombody able to help me more?

Why you do not go the easiest way ...?

Because I don't need it. It doesn't make sense to pay for something I'll never use.
Only I want use fully functional dsl modem, where I can choose what I want setup and in which way... btw. at this momemnt Acror has limited my freedom...

Hi Vip100,

the problem is that on the Easybox x02 the config file is completly crypted.
The only way to become the passwords is to call the support ever and ever again to become your password. (Very bad way)

Or you go the way, i've written down and buy an easybox 400.
I found some on Ebay for 1€.

And the way i show him, will cost maybe 10€ .....

You have not less and not more only 2 solutions:
- leave Germany
- accept what you get and be unlimited thankful to the end of your life
